ROK ELSNER
Rok Elsner comes from a family that is a synonym for football in the South Eastern European region.
A graduate of the elite OGC Nice football academy, he has had an illustrious professional career playing football at the highest level in 9 different countries winning tittles and being a part of Slovenia's National Football team.
Rok is dedicated to share his experience on to young aspiring athletes and to keep being an active part of the global sports community.
LUKA KOVAC
Luka Kovac has been involved in sports from a young age in different ways and capacities.
After studying in the UK, he worked with several sports national bodies and professional clubs at the highest level in the sports industry both home and abroad.
Over the last decade he has been based in Asia where he has built a pathway for professional athletes, clubs and organisations.
Luka is committed to continuously bring athletes, organisations and officials together and having an impact to creating lasting business relationships.
What we do
UGSA is a company managing the careers of professional athletes.
It currently has two offices in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Singapore.
We are not a typical agency because we have been on both sides of the pitch and we know what works.
